We will have an informal welcome gathering the night before our trip at our host hotel, the Ashland Springs Historic Hotel!
OPTIONAL 1/2 DAY DUCKY KAYAK SCHOOL
You can add this course as an add-on to your trip and it is required if you want to spend any part of our trip paddling in kayaks on our trip.
Meet at the historic Ashland Springs Hotel in Downtown Ashland for an early leave. We will have a brief orientation and then load up the vans to start the drive to our put in spot. We recommend arriving the night before and will have an informal welcome gathering that evening.
We will then head out for our first day on the river.
Once we arrive at our destination for the night, we will get settled into camp life. We will enjoy a welcome happy hour, have time to lounge by the river, then enjoy dinner and relaxing under the stars.
Our second day of rafting starts with a relaxed breakfast served on the river. After food and that second (or third) cup of coffee or tea, we will pack up and get on the river. Lunch will be on the river and there may be side excursions! The day will end back at a new camp, a big dinner, plenty of time to relax, and getting ready for the next day.
Let's go! For our third day of rafting is a big day we will once again enjoy breakfast in camp and then pack up and get on the river. Lunch will be on the river and there may be side excursions! The day will end back at a new camp, a big dinner, plenty of time to relax, and getting ready for the next day.
For our last day on the water, we will wonder how it all went by so fast and take in every last moment together. After taking out for the final time on the trip we will travel back to the Ashland Springs Hotel in Ashland, Oregon (approximately 3+ hrs).
We highly recommend staying the night in Ashland on Saturday, as we won't get back in the early evening and you may be too tired to drive home from all the fun!

You will be sharing a tent with an adventure buddy. Coming with someone you already know? Let us know and we can make sure you are in a tent together.
This trip is great for both adventurous beginners and experienced rafters in good physical condition. You will need to be able to follow guide instructions, aggressively paddle, and self-rescue (lift head out of water, turn onto back, orient body with feet pointed downstream) in the unlikely event that you wind up outside the raft.
