This trip is great for both adventurous beginners and experienced rafters in good physical condition. You will need to be able to follow guide instructions, aggressively paddle, and self-rescue (lift head out of water, turn onto back, orient body with feet pointed downstream) in the unlikely event that you wind up outside the raft.
