REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY

Our standard cancellation charges are set out below: 61 days or more before travel: Full refund minus a 15% cancellation fee based on the full trip amount; 31-60 days before travel: 50% of total booking price will be refunded; 30 - 0 days before travel: No refunds, no exceptions. Any refund shall be made less any platform, transaction and processing fees that have been incurred. To ensure your experience is unforgettable much of our planning is finalized in the months leading up to your trip. Scheduling of guides, permits, class locations, food planning, goodie bags, and all the little things that make our events great get finalized manually. Cancellations within the 60-day window incur costs that we cannot recoup. Last minute cancellations within 30 days are even harder as we often cannot fill the vacated spot on short notice. Our cancellation policy ensures the best possible experience for everyone. We strongly recommend purchasing Cancel For Any Reason coverage as part of your travel insurance policy. If the state imposes another lock-down or regulations that clearly impede our group's outdoor activities, we will issue refunds.

DRIVING IN?

DRIVING IN?

Before you hit the road, we recommend taking a look at Trip Check, for timely updates on the routes to get here. We also recommend an AWD vehicle if possible. If you are coming from the Bend or Sisters area we are about 4 miles past the Camp Sherman turn off. Curious about the weather? Camp Sherman is the closest weather reporting station.

FLYING IN?

Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM) is the closest airport and is about 45 minutes away. You can also fly into Portland International Airport (PDX) which is approximately 2.5 hours away. Shuttle Oregon & Enviro Shuttle provide shuttle options from RDM.
