The mission is simple – to encourage people all over the world to tap into the healing and empowering influences within ourselves, our communities and the Great Outdoors. AdventurUs Women shares the belief that there is a healing power in the Great Outdoors too. We are excited to join #WeHikeToHeal in this amazing campaign, because we believe that nature heals - and we could all use some healing.  To kick off the celebration AdventurUs Women is hosting a Healing Hike on Sunday, May 7th @ 9am in Bend, Oregon. We invite you to join us for a morning of hiking, journaling and meditating. This event is FREE but registration is required because we have a limit on group size. Hike Co-Leader: Jill R.

Jill’s true purpose and passion is to lift, nurture and guide women to see their own brilliance. As a life coach, certified yoga instructor (RYT 200), and experienced facilitator and founder of several female-focused programs, she believes in the power of an embodied practice. A beautiful vehicle that allows space for the quieting of the external noise and taps into the innate wisdom we hold inside. Whether that is through simple breathing techniques, guided meditations or yoga posturing, connecting to the power and wisdom of one’s physical body is a direct link to our mental and emotional wellness and opens us up to the freedom, creativity, and pure, unbridled joy we crave. Her desire to create a haven of peace, support, and love(And always a lot of laughter!) inspires both her teaching and coaching and it is her goal that each student/client leave feeling energized, empowered and deeply cared for.
