I recently came up with 18 ways to battle cabin fever when I was asked to give a virtual presentation, “Tips on Battling Cabin Fever”, to the women@ and outdoors@ Amazon employee groups. The goal was to share ways to stay excited and motivated about outdoor adventures while navigating this new Safer at Home way of life.

We covered how to rethink our definition of outdoors in the time of COVID-19, ways to stay excited about adventures through planning future outings, and tips for things we can do safely now to stay connected to the outdoors.

We wanted to share these tips with our AdventurUs Women community in the hopes that you might find some inspiration in the ideas and have fun with some of the resources we collected to stay motivated.
